Laurén Fabello
I’m Laurén — the owner and head trainer of Her Theory. I’m a Massage Therapy graduate and a certified personal trainer since 2018. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 9 years, working with a diverse range of clients—men and women—through group training, booty camps, conditioning bootcamps, semi-private, and one-on-one sessions.
As a mom to a toddler, I’ve experienced my own body transformation. From pregnancy to postpartum, I learned how to adapt, grow, and approach movement in a whole new way through every phase of change.
Her Theory was born from my passion to support women in every chapter of their fitness journey—from strength and body composition to pregnancy and postpartum. This is more than just a training platform; it’s a space where women feel strong, seen, and supported. I’m so glad you’re here.

This is coaching that meets you where you are — and helps you evolve with confidence.
