Build is a strength-driven training 4 week program created to help you develop lean muscle, increase total-body strength, and feel powerful in your movement. This phase goes beyond just lifting — it’s about training with purpose, proper form, and a deeper connection to your body.

Expect progressive, resistance-based workouts that challenge you through tempo, tension, and intentional movement patterns. You'll learn how to safely load your body, push your limits, and build the confidence that strength brings — inside and out.

Access to gym equipment is needed, 4 workouts a week is provided in this program.
